Documentation for this module has not been written yet. By the time it reaches 1.0.0, it will have full documentation.

This is a dummy validator that will do nothing, and let any value pass, It's useful in cases where values are default-denied and you want to whitelist them without any actual validation rules, eg. within `has-shape` properties.
